Our caramels are first and foremost soft to the tooth. Meaning they pull when you bite into them. We're not big fans of hard caramel (even our toffee's break up easily.)

We craft a very buttery, caramelized, soft to the tooth caramel. Drench it in a blend of premium chocolate (Tcho & Kakao Berlin), then while cooling sprinkle a little coarse sea salt on top to create a little bit of contrast.
