How do you ensure chocolates don't melt during shipping?
We use insulated thermal liners and frozen gel packs during warmer months. We also monitor weather patterns and may hold shipments until temperatures are safe for transit.
Are your chocolates gluten-free or nut-free?
While many of our chocolates are naturally gluten-free, all products are handcrafted in a facility that processes nuts, wheat, dairy, and soy. Please check individual product labels for specific ingredient details.
What is the shelf life of your truffles and bonbons?
Our fresh chocolates are best enjoyed within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. For the best experience, store them in a cool, dry place between 60-70°F, away from direct sunlight.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States to ensure the freshness and quality of our delicate confections upon arrival.
Can I place a custom order for events or corporate gifting?
Yes! We specialize in custom assortments, branded packaging, and large-scale orders for weddings and corporate events. Please contact our team at least 4 weeks in advance.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
